Linda is from Nova Scotia, and her 95-year-old mother currently lives in an Ontario LTC home. She is a member of the Geras Centre Resident and Family Advisory Committee for long-term care and she is also a member of the Maritime Strategy for Patient-Oriented Research (SPOR) Unit, where she advocates and provides insight as a family member for research and care practices for older adults living in LTC.
