Alex Curkovic, who is a Clinical Nurse Specialist with the Hospital Elder Life Program at Hamilton Health Sciences and an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor at the School of Nursing at McMaster University.  She is also a graduate of McMaster and has her Master of Nursing from Athabasca University. For the past 15 years, Alex has focused on preventing delirium in hospitalized older adults and supporting healthcare teams and families in using evidence-based strategies to improve care for them.
