Milothy Parthipan

“I am proud to be a part of the GERAS centre which encompasses teamwork, integrity, and compassion in their multimodal research to solve some of the challenges experienced by the elderly.”

Milothy is currently in her third year in the Honours Life Sciences Co-op program at McMaster University and has a strong passion for working in the healthcare industry. Her areas of interest in research include gerontology, cardiology, and epidemiology. At the GERAS centre, she is primarily involved in the Fit Joints Study and is excited to see how the results have improved the quality of life for many older adults. Milothy is also involved with implementing the GERAS Dance program and is working on clinical drug trials through the Biophytis study.
