Bio: Dr. Jenna Gibbs was a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Waterloo and associated with the Toronto Rehab Institute-Lyndhurst Centre and the Geras Centre for Aging Research. Dr. Gibbs is a kinesiologist with a specialization in musculoskeletal health, exercise, and nutrition (Penn State University – PhD Kinesiology). Her research aims to understand the influence of physical activity, nutrition, and behaviour on musculoskeletal health in diverse populations, including healthy adults, athletes, and individuals at high risk of fracture. In recognition of academic excellence and leadership, Dr. Gibbs held several awards including a Canadian Institute of Health Research (CIHR) Fellowship. She is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education at McGill University.
