Bio: Dr. Justin Lee is a geriatrician, pharmacist and clinician-scientist who is actively involved with the clinical care of patients as a staff physician at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton and Hamilton Health Sciences. He has expertise in clinical pharmacology and the care of older adults including those living with multiple co-morbidities and frailty. He has a special interest in optimizing medication use in older adults, better understanding patients with high healthcare needs or costs and improving the transitional care period from hospital to home.
