Dr. Andrea Moser is a family physician with a focused practice in care of the elderly working in long term care and primary care outreach team at Baycrest Geriatric Health Sciences. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine, University of Toronto and Associate Medical Director, Apotex Nursing Home, Baycrest and Primary Care Medical Lead for Behavioural Supports System in Central LHIN. Dr. Moser is a Certified Medical Director from the American Medical Directors Association and is the past President of the Ontario Long-term Care Physicians and on the Board of Directors of the Long Term Care Medical Directors Association of Canada.
She has recently co-developed a Long Term Care Medical Director Curriculum for Ontario and has a particular interest in quality improvement. Her clinical work is working with frail elderly in long term care and home visits in the community.
